NDIT-EduTech will reopen on Tuesday, February 21st, at 8:00 a.m. CST. In an effort to better serve you, the PowerSchool Team will be providing Help Desk support on Presidents' Day for those who submit a ticket through Service Now or call the Help Desk 877.328.4470. In both cases, it is important that you mention that your ticket needs to be routed to K12-Student Data. If you submit a ticket via email, the PowerSchool team won’t receive that ticket until the following day.
Professional Development on Presidents' Day
The PowerSchool Team is more than willing to provide professional development on Presidents' Day for the school’s administrative assistants or other PowerSchool users. Martin Luther King Day and Presidents' Day provide uninterrupted time for these people to receive additional PowerSchool training. We can customize the training to meet the needs of your school. Training can be offered at our Fargo or Bismarck office, your school, or via Teams.
