PowerSchool Prepare to Schedule workshops available for registration.
Is your school district currently using PowerScheduler to schedule students and teachers, or is your district considering it? Prepare to Schedule workshops are for schools who use PowerScheduler to assist in setting up their schedule for the next school year. In this workshop a scenario will be created, new courses added, teachers and students activated for scheduling and registration screens will be created or transitioned from the previous year into the new scheduling year.
If you are a new administrator, have a new administrator in your district, or are a returning administrator and your district uses PowerScheduler, you MUST attend a PowerSchool Prepare to Schedule workshop if you plan to use PowerScheduler.
Scheduling workshops are split into three groups:
- PowerSchool Prepare to Schedule for Returnees
Designed for individuals and districts who are familiar with the PowerScheduler process and have used it in this district in the past. - PowerSchool Prepare to Schedule (New Admin to Scheduling)
Attend if you are an individual who has never used PowerScheduler, but your school has used PowerScheduler in the past. - PowerSchool Prepare to Schedule (New Districts to Scheduling)
Who should attend this session? A district who is new to PowerScheduler this year or anyone who is creating registration screens for the first time.

PowerSchool Contacts
Student Contacts transforms the way people are associated with students, supporting interconnected relationships and modern family structures. Contacts are now their own entity in PowerSchool, with their own data that can be shared with multiple students in a way that is relational and dynamic.
