North Dakota Corrections & Rehab

The individual will work as a team member in an infirmary/clinic setting and within the Medical and Psychiatric Service Program. The position requires a holistic approach to health care service with emphasis on health maintenance through patient education and positive self-initiative. Specific duties include but are not limited to provision of health care nursing to the resident population; dispensing medication; emergency nursing care; participation in behavioral management procedures and infection control; thorough documentation of patient care and medical records; and individual, group and wellness education.

Minimum Qualifications

RN must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the ND Board of Nursing. Requires interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to perform job duties and must have ability to work with an inmate population on a daily basis. Strong clinical skills required. Psychiatric, medical surgical, and critical care background preferred, but not necessary. Individual must be flexible and innovative in carrying out assigned responsibilities. Must successfully complete standard background and criminal record check and drug screening.LPN requires current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing or licensure in another state and meet the eligibility requirements for licensure in North Dakota. North Dakota licensure is a condition of employment, and the employing agency will verify and document licensure upon appointment.

This critical position is responsible for interpreting and carrying out administrative directions relating to the financial and business operations of Rough Rider Industries. Analyze and maintain a cost accounting system to allocate accurate product costs, processing monthly payroll, assisting in the preparation of the budget and the statewide financial statements (CAFR) lead. Manage customer and vendor relationships; serve as liaison between information technology, users, and vendors, and collaborate with users to identify, define, prioritize, and document business requirements, opportunities, and/or problems for new development projects, business process redesign, current business application enhancement, or current business problem/issue resolution. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for information technology or other solutions and manage specification changes. This position also provides direct supervision to professional level team members.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting; or business or public administration with accounting coursework and two years of professional business management experience. Incumbents must possess professional accounting experience, to include in a supervisory capacity; excellent oral and written communication skills, to include interpersonal relation skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and have exceptional prioritization, time management, and organization skills. Preference will be given to applicants who possess knowledge or work-related experience in computer science, computer or management information systems, or project management.

Work involves mentoring and supporting juveniles and modeling for parents and families. Duties include writing reports and communicating closely with Juvenile Correction Specialist. The case aide position requires an adult who is caring and responsible. The position will supervise and support adult males in custody in a correctional facility classroom at the James River Correctional Center, which is a medium security facility. This position is a 40 hour per week, Monday through Friday, year-round position.

The Juvenile Services Program Director is responsible for staff supervision and supervision of juvenile programming within the living unit. Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) is a brief, evidence-based therapeutic approach that is practical, problem-focused, and planned. Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in behavioral health, criminal justice, or related field and at least eight years of experience in the criminal justice field, with at least five years of experience in reentry services and/or programs. Strong networking, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential. Preference will be given to applicants with broad corrections experience that includes facility, transitional or reentry, and community supervision.

Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field. Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and at least 2 years of project management experience. It is preferred that the successful candidate have experience managing IT projects or large projects over a million dollars and experience using change management principals.
